Are there a motherboard with these specs?

coaxial or optical SPDIF? or does it matter?

there are much more C2D mobile processors on mini-itx than desktop processors.

has a good listing of MotD motherboards that support C2D. Some of which have both an SPDIF and pci-e 16x slot.

Hey Aris,

I know that there is many more mobile processor mini-itx motherboards available, but as a private personal user, i rather have a bigger selection and lower prices, than as for the socket 479. But if there aren't any 775 boards, then its not possible to go that way
