Gigabyte Mini-ITX with H67 - What do you know about it?

I own a Mini-ITX Gigabyte with the H67 chip set (GA-H67N-USB3-B3 LGA 1155 H67 mini ITX motherboard)
I bought it from Microcenter when it first came out. I am getting ready put an Ivy Bridge chip in it.
I notice that while Gigabyte still treats it as a supported board.... both Microcenter and Newegg has ceased carrying it. In fact it seems like almost no one is actively selling it. Newegg is actively selling the H61 version of this board though.
Am I asking for trouble using this board for either a Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge CPU? Are there any issues with this board that have caused both Microcenter and Newegg to decide to stop carrying it?
Does anyone have any guidance or wisdom or recommendations?

I own one. It's in one of my HTPCs I think, with a Sandy Bridge i3. Seems to work fine, no problems with instability or anything like that.

H61 is lowend chipset, not going to be replaced. H67 got replaced by H77. Here is your reason why.

H67 being replaced by H77 is the reason.
Or should i say :
Sandy Bridge chipset generation -> Ivy Bridge chipset generation
H61 -> H61
H67 -> H77
P67/Z68 -> Z75/Z77
H61 got no replacement, that is why it stays on sale. H67 is replaced by H77, that is why it is leaving stocks and it is being replaced by H77 boards. The reason why H67 ITX board got out of stock so quickly is because ITX itself is a niche market, with small numbers of boards kept in stock. And because Gigabyte probably doesn't make them anymore (why should they, when they can start selling H77 boards), they are out of stock.

Not sure off the top of my head. Crucial, Corsair or Kingston Value by all likelihoods. To be honest I rarely pay much attention to detailed memory specs - timings, voltages, etc., and I've never had a memory problem. I tend to pick a size (GB), choose one of the vendors above, check the price on 1066 and 1333 then just buy whichever looks like the best price.
