All about them.

Which motherboards allow for underclocking and/or TDP-down?

Which motherboards or chipsets (if all motherboards with a given chipset do) support undeclocking to lower heat production of the CPU? I'm mostly interested in Skylake and Kaby Lake (LGA1151) motherboards, but also Haswell (LGA1150).

Alternatively, which motherboards support the TDP-down feature introduced with Kaby Lake? It lowers TDP of 35W T processors to 25W.
See for examples of CPUs that support this:

Fe. does Gigabyte GA-B150N allow for any of these?

Can we create a list of motherboards that support these features?

I'll start. Asus H310T doesn't allow for downclocking, its options related to clocking are unchangeable, but visible. It has an 'Extreme Power Saving' option, I don't know how it works. Gigabyte B75TN and ASRock H81 Pro BTC don't have such options.
