Intel Pentium G3258 - does yours reduce voltage at idle?

My G3258 stays pegged on one voltage on both Gigabyte and MSI B85 chipset motherboards despite my making sure C1E, EIST, and Intel C-State settings are enabled in the BIOS. And in Windows, "Balanced" Power profile is selected.
So I'm wondering if the G3258 even supports dropping voltage during idle? If you're rocking a G3258, lemme know!
