Front page and articles don't load

About 24 hours I cannot see front page nor articles, I registered to send this message (well I was planning to register later).
There is a file that does not load and page loading is blocked: http://biz2.ncix.com/index.php?section= ... &output=js
I tried Opera and Firefox, the same.
I think the server of that file is down.

About ten minutes after posting preceding message, pages load again.
Edit: but again that file is taking long, long time to load... (waiting . . .)

Hello,

I've noticed that it takes 15-24 seconds to load the main page, which is fairly slow. I have mentioned this to the appropriate people, so hopefully they can track down the cause.
