Please consider testing tv-tuner cards. Its a jungle out there and it is difficult to know what is hot and what is not.

Second that.

So far I've burned out two ATI TV Wonder Elite cards, with lots of extra heat sinks attached. I can't say I'm surprised, since the power consumption delta between idle and recording is over 25W, and the card as shipped has no heat sinks at all...
