FWIW, I found that CompuSmart (http://www.compusmart.com/) has Samsung drives. This is about the only quiet item it has, it seems.

For some strange reason, its catalogue lists the 160GB S-ATA drive as having a 8MB cache. (Other drives are all listed as having 2MB cache.)

I went to Bigfoot Computers yesterday. I found the folks there to be very helpful and patience. I live in downtown Toronto so going to Bigfoot Computers by car is on the other side of town but well worth the trip. They answered all of my questions off the top of their heads or after checking hardware data via the Internet. I give them a 10! 8)

Filtech in Toronto (College/Spadina) carries Seasonic power supplies!

Bigfoot computers has their stock online so you can browse from home.

They are however a little on the pricey side, you can get better deals on the less hard to find things if you shop around. But one plus they do have: they speak english, a rarity amoung computailers in Toronto.

Autodeletepro - ADPMODS carries Nexus AND Yate Loons for very reasonable prices. They also sell a lot of cable connectors.

New Store Soon

I'll be opening an online store. Although I'm based in the GTA (Toronto).

I'll be carrying ONLY silent parts. Everything from Seasonic PSU's to Zalman Heatsinks and everything in between.

Some other stuff:

Antec
Zalman
Coolmaster
etc.

I want to try and get my hands on Nexus stuff but still working on that.

Most of the stuff I'll be selling though would have been review either by SPCR or other review sites. Not selling any "NO NAMES"

Although my store isn't open, you can email me and ask me for pricing and stuff. The site is www.silenttweak.com <-- Neat name huh? lol came up with it over night. But anyway my email is [email protected] eventually changing it to [email protected] The site should be up sometime in Febuary! I'll do local pick ups and I do ship (at the cost of the buyer, but you pay exact shipping fee no more no less)

I'll even service for turning cheap cases in to decent silent cases. Like cut out fan grills and adding air vents for a certain price that I haven't worked out yet.

Anyway hope to see you guys at the site when it's up =P

http://www.inmax.ca/ on college carries Nexus stuff.

Infonec Computers (www.infonec.com) carries Zalman, Vantec, Coolmaster and a few other notables. They have locations in Toronto, Mississauga and Markham. I'm usual customer in the Mississauga location and they've been good to me. They are not quite a "quiet PC" orientated store so you kinda have to know what you want before hand.

As mentioned before, bigfootcomputers is a good store in the GTA as well (bought my ninja there).

SilentTweak Update:

Here are some prices tell if they seem fair. I'll post a semi-pricelist on Arctic Cooling and Seasonic PSU's soon. Other products will be coming soon.

AC Silentium T1 - T3 // $110
AC Freezer 7 Pro // $35
AC MX-1 (Thermal Grease) // $10

Seasonic S-12 600 // $180
Seasonic S-12 500 // $130
Seasonic S-12 430 // $100

For a small service charge I'll install any part as well. If you're not familiar with installation of these products it's best that you get someone else to do it. (Although I'm pretty sure most ppl on this forum can do it themselves otherwise they wouldn't be on the forum). Hardware Installation sevice is a 1 day service.

It was never on their web site. Check the automotive section at your local Canadian Tire.

You are right, I just went to a CT in GTA and first they said that they have that part discontinued but they still have some sort of a same molding for cars. I took a look and it was the same product from the same company, it came in two different colors (black and silver) and there was a set of two 27" moldings in each for $4.50. They were a total pain in the butt to install, especially in the beginning, they were so tights and the adhesive was way more than needed. So I think it was a bit different than what people used to get in the past from CT, it has a different part number too.

Free CAD application [beta version] to design your case / enclosure. Start from scratch. Cool stuff for custom design and manufacturer.

Found it on Protocase website at http://www.protocase.com.

IIRC, silver matte molding was a bit softer than the rest of the colours. I don't remember any difficulty installing it.

I dunno. It's hard to tell the difference by looking at the pictures.

N.B. I added some pictures in my original post.
