Good Price. If you know your PC is idling above 100W (that means you power gamers) this is a very good deal.
If you like modular cables this is a good deal.
If you are trying to save every last watt and you are idling below 100W you are better off with a S12-380 or S12-430 depending on availability and price.
It's really that simple to me. There are only two sides of that decision (cheapest corsair vs cheapest non 330 S12)...
