Saw it and immediately thought of SPCR.

That stuff is the butyl rubber with foil for dampening vibration and blocking the noise. Acoustipad and Nexus Damptek have a noise blocker/damper material added to their foam. So you would probably want to add an absorber foam to the Dynamat, like melamine foam on top of that to absorb the sound also.

So if it has all six sheets then its a good deal.
