Looking for a cheap PCI-e graphics solution:

nVidia 7xxx series or newer
ATI X1xxx series or newer

I'd like to pay less than $25 shipped for this. If you have a spare one you'll never use again, if shipping is enough for you, that would make my life even easier. I'm trying to build an extremely tight-budget system here. I don't even have RAM for it yet, that's how tight my budget is.

Thanks for looking, hopefully I'll get these soon!

newegg has a bunch of cards, There appears to be right now a powercolor 3450 for 19.99 (5.99 shipping) that is open box -> grab that if you can.

next I would go for the bfg 7300le, its 18.99 (6.98 shipping).

Im not sure what you plan on doing, but if you were looking at running, but this should be able to surf the internet, play dvds, but would struggle at playing intense 3d video games.
