Building an ITX PC

I have an AMD x2 CPU and need DDR2 memory, Hard Drive and Case! Not looking to spend much :p
(I don't mind Intel boards if I could get a good price on a non Atom Intel CPU)

1A) Mobo - at least 1x PCIE and a decent powered IGP chipset. I don't care if it is AMD / ATI or Nvidia.

2) DDR2 - If the price is right 2x2GB or a stick of 2GB is fine.

3) Case - Must be in nice condition. If it has decent PSU then it is a +

4) I am gearing towards buying on new on ZZF but who knows.
