Are there any ebay seller who sell quiet computers?

Many times people might say their computer is quiet as just as marketing but not actually take any steps to make a quiet computer.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with any ebay sellers who sell quiet computers or will customized a computer to be quiet?

Endpcnoise and Puget Computers are good reliable quiet PC suppliers.

I think some forum members do custom builds for others... for sheer fun and perhaps profit.

Shipping & Handling is the big problem. If you lived within 50 miles of me and liked AMD processors I'd be willing to build a PC for you as a local pickup item but I wouldn't put it on eBay.

If you don't mind Intel CPUs and the higher cost you can do a major player like Puget systems.
