WTB pico itx system like an Aopen mini or similar for 720p

I'm looking for something small to use in my living room as a media PC to play videos off of my external hard drive. I'd prefer something like an Aopen mini pico itx system. I'm looking for something small, quiet and low power that has at least S-video and VGA though DVI and HDMI would be nice but for now I need an S-video out. RCA out would be nice for audio but I have an adapter if it only has a 3.5mm jack.

I need a complete system with at least a combo drive and 40gb HD unless it takes a 2.5" sata drive in which case I have a 40gb HD I can use. Linux compatibility is a huge plus but if the machine is decent enough I'll just buy a Vista home premium license off of newegg.

I would like to stay at or as close to $100 as possible.
