Want to trade for 3x Noctua or other high end 120mm fans

Okay, I want to silence my HTPC once and for all and with a new Antec TP-650 on the way from an RMA my case fans and CPU fan will be the loudest things in the PC.
I can ship first if you have good references as none of the stuff I have for trade is in use.
I am also willing to deal locally in Winnebago County, IL.
I am looking for 3x Noctua or other really high end 120mm fans that are 20dba or less.
Here is what I have to trade:
Antec TP3-650
--- This PSU is closing in on 5yrs old but still works perfectly as it has been in a backup machine that rarely ever gets used.
BFG 8800GTS OC G92 512mb with stock HSF
--- Card only
--- The PCI back plate has had the fins cut out to reduce turbulance related noise.
Socket 754 3700+ Clawhammer
--- CPU only
--- As fast as S754 gets.
BNIB Scythe Kaze Maru2 140mm fan w/120mm holes
--- Model: SM14255SL12M
--- 1200rpm
--- 65.2 cfm
--- 23.2 dba
