Power my E8400, Biostar G31M, 4GB ram, 5570. It takes around 45 seconds to post. After that, you're home free. I would imagine someone using this in their MATX case for low amd and intel dual-cores. Above is youtube video of my using it for a AMD 630 system. No longer have it.
