ZOTAC ZT-40601-20L GeForce GT 430 1GB video card. This is the passive (no fan) model. It's double-wide (takes up two PCI slots).
Briefly used in a HTPC for about six months. Comes in original box with all accessories.
$55 shipped via FedEx to the contiguous USA.
