case+PSU dilemma

Which one do you think is my best value for money:

Nexus Breeze (350W) (151)
Antec SLK3000B + Tagan 380W (148)
Antec SLK3000B + Nexus 350W (145)
Antec SLK3000B + Nexus 4090 400W (171)
Arctic Cooling Silentium (115)

Those numbers in brackets are retail prices converted to euro in Poland. I'm building a relatively simple system on A64 (Winchester 3000+, some cheap Gigabyte nForce4 board, passive 6600GT PCI-E, 1GB RAM, 2 HDD, DVD) and want a bit of peace for myself, my family and the whole world.

OK, I just (like all of you) want a silent system since my current one is clearly audible some 20 metres away. I also don't know what is it with those 24 pin 12v connectors, ATX 2.0, 2.03 and why (and whether) I need those on the PSU to power an nForce4 with one PCI-E GPU.

Just look at the reviews of both Nexus PSU's. The 4090 has a much better fan controller.

Thanks, only I'm not sure whether the difference between the two nexuses justify the price rise. Apparently they do, so I'm opting for the upper one. Thanks for recommendations.
