I want to make my Enermax EG-465P-VE 431W as quiet as possible, so I was thinking of removing the 92mm internal one, and replacing the external 80mm one with a Ystech Silent 80mm.
The silent fan specs are as follows:
Speed - 1850RPM
Output - 27CFM
Decibels - 20dBA
Will this be enough to cool my Enermax?
Enermax 431W - Safe to use one Silent 80mm?

30C? You kidding, I live in the UK, that means 23C at the peak of summer, and generally very wet
I followed you're excellent article on the Enermax modding, but I haven't got my silent fan yet, but so far so good.
What I really need to do is silence my 60mm cpu fan. Although I don't think my XP1700 can take any less cooling

If you're using the stock AMD HSF, dump it & get something better that you can use an 80mm fan with. No way to make a 60mm fan quiet AND get decent airflow. There are lots of better HS that are not expensive. Look in SPCR's recommended list http://www.silentpcreview.com/goto.php?t=s&id=30&a=1%20or www.overclockers.com or www.dansdata.com.
