Will this PSU power this systems sufficiently?
Hello,
I'm looking to build this system:
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
Asus A7N8X Nforce2 MB
512 CL2 Corsair DDR400 Ram
ATI Radeon 9700 AIW Pro
Sony DRU-500A "Burn Everything Drive"
I will not be oveclocking. I'm just looking for great performance in a quiet PC.
Also, any planed reviews of the Nexus iStyle Case? It looks SWEET!
Thanks
John

iStyle Case
Hey, Silicon Acoustics carries the PS so I emailed them regarding the case. They said if they could get 5-10 people interested, they would bring them in. So far, it's you and me! Anyone else interested?

I'm definately interested. I want a good quality quiet psu. I want the Nexus but I'm also unsure if it'll handle my system since its only 300W. but the silence really makes me want it !! I have an Athlon XP 1600+ (which I might o/c to 2200+ speeds) on an Epos 8K5A3+ (onboard sound and lan) with a ti 4400, 2 hard drives (WD80 and IBM 30) along with my dvd and cdr.
if not I'm looking at SparklePower FSP350 or 400 IF they're like the Verax in the comparison at www.tomshardware.com. if not I'll get the Fortron which hopefully is the same as well.
