Suggestions on a PSU

Post by Archon » Sun Jan 05, 2003 8:56 pm

I have a Danger Den water cooling kit, so I have an idle noise level of ~30db to begin with, what is a good PSU that will not add any noise, but would be able to handle everything I can throw at it.

I was looking at the ThermalTake units, anyone have experience with those?

From the www.silentpcreview.com home page it is easy to follow the links to the page of recommended power supplies. That page in turn has links to the relevant reviews.
There is nothing about Thermaltake PSUs here on silentpcreview though.

well, I'm sure by now you've seen the one PSU that was water-cooled. That would be an idea in your case since you've already got the water-cooling started.

Would be nice and quiet, that's for sure...
