A Seasonic Super Silencer400 with one mod: A Panaflo M1A VS the Seasonic s12 430
how do these two compare ? seeing as the the super silencer is an old PSU

if you still want old stuff for a good price

check out seasonic's refurbished store (google it)

good prices and still 3 year warranty

but about your original topic
i'd say a panaflo M would be quieter than the current ADDA fan

I would say that it depends on the configuration. Some cases are much better suited for the bottom 120mm fan, and others for the back 80mm fan.

From my personal experience, an M1A in an SS400 is noticeably quieter than the stock NeoHE 430 fan at either their lowest speed or as they ramp up.
