There is a how-to up over at System Cooling (http://www.systemcooling.com/modules.ph ... le&sid=434) about how to quiet a PSU. I linked to it via Anandtech, but haven't read the whole thing yet, so I reserve judgement...

its a pretty good read..

the oscilloscope in the first pic gave me confidence in the author's skilz :wink:
