Thermaltake 420AD???

I have looked around here and cannot seem to find any dealing with this PSU.

From what I have been able to read it is supposed to be a rather quiet PSU.

Anyone have any experience with it?

Or should I just stay with the Nexus PSU?

I am going for quiet tempered with performance.
