Just switched my chassis out, went from a stock chassis with a 92mm fan, 92mm cooler fan and an antec earth 500W supply to an older sonata chassis with a 120mm cooler fan, 120mm case fan and a 500W phantom.
Power consumption went up by 5W but temperature went down by 3-5 degrees.
