Quiet 1U Power Suppy

Right now, I am running a Zippy 1U power supply (200 watt) and it is just unbelievably noisy. I started looking at the Silencer 150 hoping that it would be more quiet. Has anyone used this PS?? is it relatively quiet or are there better choices available??
