Nexus 4000 loud?

Nexus 4000 loud?

I am interested in either the Nexus 3000 or Nexus 4000 power supply, and I would rather go with the 4000, but most of the highly positive comments on this forum were for the Nexus 3000, and all I could find about the Nexus 4000 were actually a few complaints that it was loud after the system was ran for a few minutes. Is anyone who has the Nexus 4000 happy with it? Is it actually significantly louder than the Nexus 3000?
