My Dell Precision Workstation 220 is getting awfully loud. I could pop it open and swap the fan for a Panaflo, however I'd prefer to just get a new PSU.
The big question is whether the mobo is a Dell proprietary one or standard ATX. As far as I know, the Dell proprietary boards have a separate, special 3.3V connector? Mine has this, and endpcnoise.com indicates that this is the telltale for the proprietary supply.
Anyone know if this is the case for sure? If so, then I'll just get the Nexus 300 and Dell adapter.

Double check the colours on the wires leading from the PSU to the Mobo:
