So I replaced my old Nexus Value 430 with a Seasonic SS-460 and it ended up being louder than the Nexus. At first the Seasonic had a slight whine to it but it was hard to hear and you really had to put your ear right next to it to hear it. A few days later and it developed this loud pulsing, buzzing noise that can be heard with it over 5 feet away from my ears under my desk.
Here is a sound clip with the microphone placed directly on the grill.

A lot of the reviews rave about how silent it is and has no whine. Mine sounds pretty bad. Should I RMA and get it replaced?

Yes, I would. That's pretty nasty.
Re: Seasonic SS-460FL Pulsing Whine
I asked X-560 owner and he suggested that the grounding or the electrical grid was bad. Or could it be that interferes with something else on the grid.. X-560 has some whine too. This is much worse.
