Planet 3D Now (in Googlish). 80% efficiency at 20W, 87% @ 40W, 90%+ at 80W and only 56 Euros. Maybe one of our members in Europe can try one of these out.

I've a SuperFlower 350W Gold lying in my room. Efficiency-wise, it is fantastic. Noise-wise, decent but not best.

I have the modular Golden King Platinum+ 550W.
I is 100% passive under about 400W load so it is completely silent always in my setup - or in most single GPU setups you can imagine. It is a great PSU I can easily recommend.
