Which PSU should I [choose]?

Which PSU should I [choose]?

I've got a e3 1230V2. But I don't know which PSU is the most suitable.
1.antec bp430 plus
2.antec neo eco 400
3.antec eco EA-380D GREEN

If I had to choose from that list I'd go with the Eco 400, modular cables, manufactured by Seasonc and 80+.

The other two are made by Delta, which is a good company but I've trusted Seasonic with work computers and my servers. So I recommend it.
