Pico PSU reccomendations for HP microserver

The PSU fan on my HP microserver has gotten noticeably louder in last month or so.

I'm going Pico already.

For those who have done this, what Pico do you suggest and what accessories/cables were required?

4x 2TB Samsung f4
1x 320gb Samsung f4
4gb ram
1 Intel NIC

The 120W model should be fine. I am going to try that model, they are only £15 on fleaBay.
