Reasonably priced semi-quiet 500 watt PSU

I'm looking for a decent PSU in the 400-500 watt range. It doesn't have to be the newest model (the cheaper the better). Also, the fans in my system are all in the 18 db range, so it doesn't have to be whisper quiet. Is there a good older unit you would recommend?

The Seasonic S12ii 430W 80+ Bronze goes for about $60. The Seasonic SSR-360GP 360W 80+ Gold goes for about $60. You can find reviews on this site. If you list your system specs, we can fine tune the results.

It's a revamp of an old system I had. It's an aluminum Lian Li case (one of the early versions, probably 2003). Pretty basic: 2x80mm front & 1x80mm back, all enermax. 3.0 ghz quad core Athlon xII, silenex copper heat sink with 92mm fan. 2tb Seagate green series hard drive. Basic graphics card (nvidia 8400) with passive cooling. Thanks!

There's also the Cooler Master Silent Pro M 500W. A guy named Andy in the forum has it and has been very satisfied with it. The 700 W version has been reviewed and received the "Recommended" award by SPCR.

What are the specs of the system it will be powering? Maybe a smaller PSU will suffice and save some money too.

Edit: just realised you'd just posted that. Yes, 500W is serious overkill.

95W CPU, 25-40W GPU, two HDDs and 4 fans..worst case stressed load is maybe 200W if the mobo is power hungry. Normal load is probably in the 100W range. The G 360 Seasonic would do fine.
