Can anyone here from experience tell me which of these two psu is going to be quieter.

Antec 620C Neo Eco 620W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply
Corsair CP-9020059 CX500M 500W (12V: 456W) 80 Plus Bronze Certified Desktop PSU

The system will be running at between 140 - 200 watts.
No gpu. Ivy bridge. No cd rom.
Mostly just web browsing and other nonsense.

They're both rebranded Seasonics so they'll both be pretty good. However, neither are the most modern or most efficient designs (Bronze means ~5 years) so can not be expected to be the quietest either.

What components are you running that gives you 140-200W? If you have no graphics card and Ivy bridge then I'm guessing you can't be far over 100W.

I would not suggest either of these PSUs given their age, efficiency and also their excessive power rating. The Seasonic G360 is Gold rated and very well reviewed by SPCR. This would be better.

I used the wattage calculator on the thermaltake site.
I have cordless usb keyboard and mouse. External usb powered 1tb. 1 internal hd (not ssd). small usb powered speakers. im using the Giagbyte GA-H77N-WIFI.
Maybe someone can give me a more accurate figure with those details?

I am limited with space i am using the Lian LiQ07 case which has a max psu length of 140mm. Although im planning to squeeze the 150mm corsair in there with some creative case modding.

however, that G360 looks very very nice. thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately i dont live in the us and have to work with what my local suppliers can get for me.

worst case: 77W Ivy Bridge quad core, ~30W for mobo, ~ 20W for everything else -> 127W. Realistically, no more than 90W under heavy load...50W-ish typical load.

What's your country?

Maybe a picoPSU + external power brick will better suit your needs? 160-190W models can be found here in the US.

Yes that's exactly what the thermaltake site said. 137watts. Steve is on the ball i see. I live in Johannesburg South Africa.

There is a seasonic distributor here but they don't have any of the G360, they only have from the G550 upwards. And they dont plan to bring any in unless i place a minimum quantity order. I am in contact with seasonic directly, and will see if they can perhaps help me out. But its not looking good. I was gonna just put the G550 into this build but seeing as the wattage will be as low as 90 i realize this is very unnecessary.

Not much selection i know. But i have to work with what is available. Unfortunately that G550 works out to double the price that i would be paying for the Corsair CX500M. And this build doesn't warrant such an expensive psu at this point.

I see that that list includes the CoolerMaster GX450. It is a newer design that the CX500M and a bit cheaper too. There is a review on this UK site.
