FSP Aurum 92+ PT-650M - Noise Verdict?

If anyone has a 1st hand review of how loud the fan is at Idle and at Load, I'd much appreciate it.
A review from techpowerup says the fan is a Protechnic MGA12012HF-A25 (12V, 0.45A, 2400 RPM, 84.8 CFM, 37 dBA, 155g) and that it is the same fan in the FSP Gold Aurum line.
