Corsair CX and CXM - anyone used these?

Anyone used either of the current 80-Plus Bronze certified versions of the Corsair CX or CXM (modular version) 430W or CX 500W that can report on their experience?

I use those models often, great budget models. As you might expect - given the price - they're just good. Nothing special. If all the other moving parts are high end, the PSU might be the loudest part. Above that, so far I had to RMA two times a CX430 because of abnormal coil whine. But then again, they are quite cheap and therefore I've never been disappointed with them.

Thanks. Is it any quieter than a Seasonic S-12 (original S-12, not S-12 II)?
Is the 80-Plus Bronze certified version any quieter than the previous (non-certified) version?
