I have this card: AMD Radeon HD 7950 OC BE 3GB GDDR5. I don't seem to be able to find the technical specification, but I'm told it draws 26 amps.

Is there a truly fanless PSU which pushes out that much power? Looks like NoFan's offering isn't any good, as its max is too low.

Either any fanless Seasonic 460/520 or SuperFlower Golden Silent 500 (and derivatives, Chieftec GPS-500C, Kingwin Stryker Fanless, Rosewill SilentNight) will handle a 7950 (and I suppose the NoFan P-500A too, though it sports less quality parts than those).

the evga 850w g2 ran heaven benchmark, and aida64 for a quite a long time before fan kicked in

4.5ghz sandy and r390x which outputs 250 300w range by itself, may have had a bunch of drives plugged in too
