Quietest low cost 3.5" HD?

What's the quietest HD I can find that doesn't cost over $80 USD/$100 CAD?
I realize 2.5" HDs are quieter, but they seem to ratherly expensive, especially the SATA models.
I'm thinking either the Seagate ST3808110AS or the Samsung Spinpoint SP0802N.. but I'm not sure which is quieter or if another 80gb HD may be..
