Could this be modded for ATX?

There's a very high spec PSU going on ebay, from the pics it looks fanless

Unless you are a EE I would doubt it.

It's missing -12, -5, 3.3 and SB ability. I think you money would be better spent on some big HS's and some fan control suplies.

ah well. Still, interesting how they can convert that kind of power witout a fan

Ummm, well, no actually. If you look at the specs sheet, (acrobat), at the bottom you will see the fan quite clearly. It uses a rather deep 60 mm fan, which blows air down the length of the case.

On the other hand, they are selling used in other places for 250 dollars, so it might not be a bad pickup :). Just don't expect it to be quiet.

Still, how are they gettig such a powerful unit cool with just a 60mm fan? I guess it must be a screamer.
