External storage?

I'm looking for something that can turn an internal IDE HD into a USB(2) external hd.. I've seen some kind of enclosure for a harddisk that does this on a banner add somewhere but I honestly have no idea who produces or sells these.
I could of course just buy a regular external HD, but those things are frigging expencive!

I have the ADS USBX804, and it works quite well.
