I know that to be able to boot on HD larger than 2TB you need GUID, not MBR. So you need a 64-bit OS and EFI, not ROM BIOS.
But what if you have a ROM BIOS legacy (C2D 975) and a 64-bit OS. Can you still install it and boot it from an HD larger than 2TB?
