Cheap and effect HDD enclosure?

I just purchased a 2TB Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 and although it's pretty quiet for a 3.5" drive, I want it to be silent. It seems like the Grow Up Smart Drive NEO is the best enclosure but it is also expensive. At that price, I might as well return my hdd and get a 256gb crucial m4 which is actually enough room for me but with some slight inconvenience of not being able to store everything (I also have a 1tb external for storage).
Anyone know of cheap alternatives? I was thinking about getting one of those Silenx enclosures but it seems to have some thermal issues. what to do...
