Arctic Cooling Ultra TC HSFs

Arctic Cooling's "Ultra" successors to its small, light, cool, and quiet Super Silent 4 TC and Silencer 64 TC integrated HSFs were announced in August, and are marketed as being superior to their predecessors in every way. However, I've seen neither reviews nor US (or Canada) availability of them (though the non-TC versions are available from a few places). Anybody had experience with these? Could SPCR get its hands on one for review? And does anybody have any idea why North America would be left out of the distribution channel of such a part?
