I only ask because their wares don't seem to be available anywhere.

Or is it just that demand exceeds supply?

Sure, they're in business. Have you gone to their website and clicked on the "Where to buy" button? Lots of online suppliers listed there, and they all seem to have product available to ship.

Perhaps I'm looking for obsolete coolers?
XP-90, Ultra-90.

Ultra-90 should not be obsolete, but there are newer version: Ultima-90... Check that.

I've just bought an Ultima 90 from www.jab-tech.com , and have received excellent after-sales support from them.

I emailed them about the convex base on my ultima, and they responded immediately with an offer to exchange. I'm currently waiting for Thermalright to get back to me on the base issue before committing to sending it back, as there are reports that the convex base is intentional (to fit concave IHS).

Otherwise, the order I placed was sent out and arrived within 2 days and everything was packed properly.
