Hi,
I am looking for a decent and quiet low profile P4 S478 cooler. The standout one at the moment seems to be the Super Silent 4 Ultra from Arctic Silver. However, as I will be using this in a folding farm with 4 P4's that will be placed next to my bed I need to ensure that the coolers are quiet, and would therefore likely run them at 5/7 V. Has anyone run one of these coolers at those voltages before, and if so, were they still effective.
FYI proc's are 2.8-3 Ghz Northies.
