Zalman silence for a 2.5+ghz P4 and one for 9700?

Would this be a bad idea, I'm in the planning stages of a new computer and I really want it to be well quiet. I've heard great things about Zalman but I'm wondering if using two especially on higherend parts like this would just be a disaster or if it could be pulled off with the right PSU and or case fans and or case.

ive heard of people using the z50a? or whatever its called on 9700pros, as long as you have a fan bracket you should be fine there, i dont know how far the zalman heatsinks go though, im pretty sure it would cool a p4 2.53 with medium airflow though.
