C3 Question

Hi, I was given a Hiper media case as a freebie so I was looking for a motherboard and CPU to go with it. I came across a C3 Samuel 2 800mhz based flex ATX board for it witch has a tiny heatsink and a 40-50mm fan with Northbridge style push-pins around the socket.

Now I was hoping to go passive with this but have two restrictions, firstly I only have 40mm's of clearance and secondly the pushpin mounting system. I was thinking that the older gold Zalman NB coolers would be ideal for this board.

Would you say that said heatsink could dissipate 13w? of heat?

I could add a little more airflow than normal in this case as I have a 7v modded PCI blower if needed.
