Has anyone tried this comination?

My concern is the tv tuner module. It may, or may not interfere. It doesn't look like it sits higher than the capacitors, but, I just wanted to make sure before I dropped the money on this combination.

Yea, I saw that PCToys cooler at CompUSA this weekend, I just didn't have quite enough to get it, after getting everything else. I'm going to see how loud it is with the stock cooling and go from there.
