Interesting heat sink from Thermal Integration
An aluminum heatsink with copper center, it utilizes a 70mm fan. The solid center ends up right under the fan motor. This may be a great choice for small cases with very little air movement because looking at the fins you see when the fan blows down on the heatsink air is blown out in all directions. This is a Socket A HS, comes with a special clip that snaps on easily. Hmmmm....

Actually, the second photo may be the ThermoEngine -- notice that the fins in the first photo are curved and the clip looks pretty similar as well! In its day, the ThermoEngine was a decent HS, and it also can be run with the fan sucking air up through the HS, if you extend the shroud down the sides a bit more...
