Sure its fanless? Is the fan in the photo optional?

I dont get it, that looks like a normal heatsink without a fan. If you were going to use that fanless you would need excellent case airflow.

I don't speak japanese but it appears that the fan is optional. And the heatsink doesn't look anything special so I dunno how it would perform.

I can read Japanese, and it seems to be a good example of Japanglish. It states that the current model, ZERO-3, comes with a 8-cm, 2500 rpm fan creating 26db of noise.
