LGA 775 Bolt-Thru-Kit ( Retail Box) from thermalright?

Can this kit be used on all push pins heatsinks?

Yes. As long as there is room above the bolts for you to screw them in. The Scythe Ninja 2 for example has no place for you to insert a screw driver.

I managed it on a OCZ Vendetta II, although I had to remove the fan temporarily to do it, and the screws on the left-hand side were a bit awkward.

I got around that by turning the bolts by hand while pressing down on the bolt with a screwdriver with the other hand. It takes some patience, but it does work- I imagine it would be a snap if have a removable mobo plate.

The Xigmatek bolt-thru kit can be used where other heat sinks would cover the screw from being able to use a scredriver (IE: Ninja 2).

I use the TR 775 kit regularly with Zipang coolers. These are a huge PIA to install with this kit, but the results are entirely worth the effort.

The kit is very well made. If the screws had hex heads as well as Phillips, they would be perfect.

Since I plan to use a Ninja2 as my next CPU cooler, I got two (one as spare) TR bolt-through kits from PerformancePCs (USA site, the kit is not available in my country).
But until today I couldn't find a 90-degrees angled screwdriver, just found this one which looks good, it's a Wolfcraft winkelschrauber:
